According to the Gazi University Faculty of Technology Graduation Project Course Procedures and Principles, the requirement specified in

Article 7/1 must be met to successfully complete this course. To avoid any setbacks at the end of the semester, students are strongly advised to carefully review the relevant article and fulfill the necessary requirements.

ARTICLE 7- (1) All students defending the Graduation Project course must have applied for an academic activity. Documents from at least one of the academic activities must be submitted to the advisor before the defense. These activities may include applications for TÜBİTAK student projects (2209-A program), TÜBİTAK industrial projects (2209-B program), symposium participation (poster or oral presentation), academic journal articles, or applications for student development competitions (TÜBİTAK, TEKNOFEST, project marketplace, interuniversity competitions, etc.).
