* In all forms, Prof. Dr. H. Rıza Börklü should be written in the Workplace Training Commission section and Prof. Dr. İsmail Şahin should be written in the Department Chair section.

* Workplace Training Start and End Dates: September 22, 2025 – December 29, 2025 (70 working days)

* The Acceptance Form (FORM 1), Contract (FORM 8), Commitment Letter (FORM 2), and (FORM 9) are available on the Workplace Training section of the G.Ü. Faculty of Technology website.

*Students must apply to the relevant department chairpersons, obtain the approval of the relevant Department Chairperson, complete the company and student signatures on the forms and documents, and submit their documents to the DEPARTMENT CHAIRPERSONS by August 22, 2025.  Students must prepare three copies of Form-1 and Form-8 (one copy will remain with the relevant company after the signatures are completed, one copy will remain in the relevant department, and one copy will remain in the workplace training unit) and one copy of the other forms and submit them to the relevant department chair. The submitted Forms will be forwarded to the workplace training unit by the relevant DEPARTMENT CHAIR.

*According to Law No. 657, students who are civil servants working in any public institution must contact the workplace training unit. (Workplace training unit: Block A, Buhara, 1st Floor)

*Students who have completed their SGK Employment Notifications must log into E-DEVLET between September 17 and September 22, 2025, type “4/a Employment Notification” in the search field, print out their SGK employment notification, and submit it to the relevant company.

*There is no need to sign a new protocol with companies that have already signed a protocol.

*Students who do not submit their documents to the Department Chairs by September 4, 2025, will not be able to complete their SGK procedures and, in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations, will not be able to participate in workplace training.
