All students completing an internship in 2026 are required to prepare an "Internship Presentation Video" and an "Internship Poster" in accordance with the guidelines provided in the document below.

The required content for the poster and the video is detailed in the PDF document provided below.

The video must be in .mp4 format and have a maximum file size of 50 MB.

The presentation poster must be prepared according to the provided template. Posters that do not follow the template will not be accepted for evaluation.

The template is provided in .pdf format, and the submitted file must also be in .pdf format.

The prepared video (.mp4) and poster (.pdf) files must be placed into a single folder and uploaded to the Google Drive folder linked below.

For each student, the two required files must be contained within a folder named using the following format: [STUDENT NAME]_[STUDENT ID NUMBER]_[INTERNSHIP TYPE].
